At this stage, we will present our client with one or more schematic design proposals. Compose it on appropriate and respectful presentation boards in order to obtain our client's approval. The design process will be refined in order to achieve the best design possible in terms of sustainability features and technologies for our clients.

The approved design concept and schematic design will be detailed out on a set of working drawings later on to prepare the required requirements for building submission to the respected local authority. All other disciplines' inputs and drawings will be coordinated and ready for the next stage.

All relevant working drawings from other disciplines will be coordinated and documented at this stage to produce the final set of documents for tender purposes. After all contract documents have been signed, the approved finalized drawings will be ready for use on site.

This stage will take the most part of the project cycle period according to the scale of the project. Close monitoring on site will be conducted by our on-site representative. Normally, we will monitor and administrate the project from the beginning until handing over.

At this final stage, we will gather all the documents for finalising the project and submit the required documents to the local authority for getting the relevant certificates.
